We all know you get what you pay for. Buying a DRO without proper support or tech help is simply not a good idea.
Number 3 reason to buy from DRO PROS: You'll get it fast. We carry our own inventory of Easson and Newall products on site, in the USA, not overseas. This means we ship our products the same or next day at the latest, depending on what time you place the order. This means you get your order in 2-3 days, not 2-3 months. Pricing:
Our Newall M20 2 axis kits are currently priced at $749. There are five different size kits to choose from.
Our Easson 2 axis Milling Machine kits are currently priced at $599 which includes 2 glass scales of your choice up to 31" in capacity, or travel. If you need scales with travel longer than 31", there is a small surcharge based on length.
Our FAGOR 2 axis Milling Machine kits start at only $899. Kit prices are based on scale length. Fagor kits carry a lifetime warranty on the glass and a 3 year warranty on components.
Our Easson 3 axis Lathe kits are currently priced at $799 which includes 3 glass scales of your choice up to 31" in capacity, or travel. If you need scales with travel longer than 31", there is a small surcharge based on length.
Our FAGOR 3 axis Lathe kits start at only $1199. Kit prices are based on scale length. Fagor kits carry a lifetime warranty on the glass and a 3 year warranty on components.
Shipping:
Domestic Shipping to the United States: All of our shipping is done via the United States Postal Service. DRO PROS offers three shipping options: Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Express Overnight. Charges are a flat $43 for Parcel Post, $63 for Priority and $120 for Express Overnight. Priority shipping is required for all orders with scales 1300mm and larger. DRO PROS recommends Priority shipping for all orders. While Parcel Post advertises 2-9 days delivery time, it is not guaranteed and can at times take substantially longer, especially during Holidays. Priority shipping is advertised at 2-3 days delivery time but also is not guaranteed. Only Express Overnight offers a true tracking number, Parcel Post and Priority do not. Once your package is shipped Parcel Post or Priority there is no way to track or change delivery methods. Please choose your shipping method wisely. DRO PROS will not be held liable for delays in delivery. Please do not choose Parcel Post if your delivery is in any way time sensitive. DRO PROS guarantees we will present your package, in a timely manner, to the Post Office for shipping with whatever means you choose. DRO PROS will not be held liable for delays caused by the Post Office.

International Shipping outside the United States: All of our shipping is done via the United States Postal Service. We charge a flat rate of $100 shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping to all other countries is also a flat rate of $140 via USPS Priority Mail International.

EASSON warranty claims are handled directly by DRO PROS. Simply return the defective product to us and we will either repair, replace or refund the original cost of the item at our discretion. Items that are damaged by improper installation or misuse are not eligible for warranty. Replacement, repair or refund of warranted items is at the sole discretion of DRO PROS. Shipping costs are shared, you pay shipping to us and we pay shipping back to you via the same method you selected on your original order.
Privacy:
DRO PROS maintains strict control over any and all customer data. DRO PROS does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any part of our customer data to any outside agency. All information is utilized solely by DROPROS for normal ordering and purchase activities.
Returns:
14 Day Money Back Guarantee: All DRO PROS merchandise carries a 14 day return policy. All merchandise must be returned in original, unused, new condition, in original, unmarked, undamaged boxes and original packaging materials. All returns must include all original, undamaged, unmarked packing and boxing materials, warranty cards, manuals etc. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Any items not returned in original, unmarked, resellable condition will not be eligible for refund. All returned items are subject to a 15% restock fee. We charge this 15% restocking fee for all returns for refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep and to protect our already low prices.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange a scale for a different size, simply return the incorrect size scale back to us and as soon as we receive it we'll send the correct size scale out to you. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Scales must be returned in original, unused, new condition, in original, unmarked, undamaged boxes and original packaging materials. Please do not send scales back in their original, unprotected boxes. Whichever carrier you choose, we highly recommend purchasing insurance. All returned scales are subject to a $20 restock fee.
Miscellaneous:
Payment - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Personal/Company check, and Money Orders.

DRO PROS will not be held accountable for unintentional errors or omissions in website code, pricing, general policies or other assorted electronic media.
